The House is here to provide much needed, affordable, flexible desk and event space for small businesses, freelancers and start-ups working across Tunbridge Wells' creative sector.
The building itself, which is located in Monson Road in the heart of the town, provides offices, allocated desks, part time (hot desk) positions, meeting and venue spaces as well as number of shared areas including a large kitchen and decked garden.

Members Casual drop in use of the meeting space is included in the membership. If members wish to book the room in advance there is a charge of £10 per hour.
Non-Members Booking the meeting room on the following rates; £20 for the first hour, £10 per additional hour.

This office is located in Lonsdale Gardens, in a quiet position in a private road of ‘Professional’ businesses right next to the station. We have numerous spaces ranging from 2 to 8 person private offices as well as a dedicated coworking room where individual desks are available from £225 per month.
